    What is the List of email Ids? The List of Email Ids shows all email addresses found in a selected email (from, to, cc). This does not include any invalid email address, the email address with which you logged into Microsoft Outlook or Zoho, or any email address mentioned in the body of the email.

    Why can't I see the new changes that I've made to my Zoho CRM modules? If any changes have been made to your modules, customized fields, etc. in www.crm.zoho.com and are unable to view these changes in the add-in, reload the add-in and they should be visible. To reload the add-in, go to Menu > Reload Add-in.

    The add-in tells me to enable CRM API access. How do I do this?   To enable CRM API access, please follow these steps:  

    • Go to Zoho CRM, then Setup  
    • Under USERS AND CONTROL, select theSecurity Control option (Only your organization admin or users with this permission can access the Security Control settings) 
    • Click your Zoho CRM profile    
    • Scroll down to CRM API section and enable Zoho CRM API Access

    What should I do if I see the error message, "Zoho CRM account not found"?

    • Click Create account or open Zoho CRM in a new tab.
    • Zoho CRM will prompt you to create an account or organization
    • Complete your Zoho CRM account setup
    • Reload the Zoho CRM add-in

    Why is my add-in temporarily blocked? Each Zoho CRM subscription plan has a fixed limit for access to the add-in. If the number of requests exceeds the limit for your account or organization, you will encounter this error. Retry loading the add-in later.
